Have you grown your direct sales team lately? Did you finally sponsor your very first recruit? Congratulations! That is a huge goal achieved and you may be thinking, now what? What is the best way to help my fast growing team? This post will help with all of your questions. You will truly grasp how to create training documents for your direct sales team.
A leader is born…
Before we dive into how to put awesome training documents together for your team, let’s chat about WHY this is important. Having teammates that look to you for guidance, direction, and the answers to common questions, you begin to position yourself as an expert. Each training, you create and share, your teammates will realize how knowledgeable you are and will see you as a true leader.
You’ll gain confidence in your skills, your teammates will have the tools and know-how they need to succeed which in turn brings about overall team growth and success. Another key aspect is once you have a great foundation of training created, it is repeatable. For each new member that joins your posse, your training documents will help to answer the most common question new teammates have.

Another way you can easily share training documents with your team is right on your Facebook Group. There are a couple different ways you can do this. If you already have a word document or PDF created, it is as simple as choosing to upload those files. If you are creating a brand new training document, simply click on the “More” button and “Create Document” and you are good to go!
Then be sure to use the direct links to these files when answering common questions in your group! This will save time and everyone will have access to the same treasure trove of information.
One other way to create training documents for your direct sales team is by creating a monthly Instagram or social media content challenge.
