Books For Direct Sellers
It’s a word that you may have heard here and there. Change your mindset, change your life.
It takes a huge shift in your mindset to be able to conquer challenges that you are facing. In your direct sales business, in your personal life, in whatever you do.
I LOVE to read and am always on the hunt for new books. Bonus points if they truly make me think and act differently. I figured it might be helpful to list out the books I have read that have had a positive impact on my life and my direct sales business.
Who knows, after reading any (or all!) of these books, you might experience a shift in your mindset as well.
Jen Sincero’s books have got to be some of my favorites. It is probably why I chose to highlight them first. 😉
I recommend starting with You Are A Badass before jumping into You Are a Badass At Making Money. Both stress the importance of your mindset, energy, and all the good juju you put out into the universe.
Believe me, she knows what she’s talking about. Put into practice what she writes about and you will notice a change in all that surrounds you.
Just Say Yes
To the Year of Yes by Shonda Rhimes! Truth be told, I have never watched an episode of Scandal or Grey’s Anatomy (runs and hides). So I went into this book with no knowledge of the wonder woman Shonda and her background.
As you read, you discover a wonderland of great writing and soul baring honesty.
She is funny, relatable, and it was good for my own soul to read how she challenged herself and changed her life by just saying, “YES”. Her book takes the meaning of being brave and doing it scared to a whole new level.
Elizabeth Gilbert is the author of Eat, Pray, Love. Another one of my favorite books to read.
Her book, Big Magic is refreshing and an honest take for those who deem themselves creatives.
And as direct sellers, each and every one of us is creative. We go into our business blind without any true guide or instruction manual of how to build a successful business. All that you put into your businesses is uniquely yours and self-created.
Read this book and you’ll be inspired to keep going, keep growing and do amazing things.
So tell me friends, have you read any of these books?
