New Features in Canva 2.0
I am definitely #TeamCanva and love that it is super easy to use when it comes to creating social media graphics.
As a Canva for Work subscriber, I have access to some pretty neat features already. Magic Resize is by far the biggest feature that saves me So. Much. Time! I create an image and can easily have it resized for every social media platform within seconds.
Now Canva has unveiled it’s 2.0 platform for some users and I am pleased to say they are packing some cool new features in Canva 2.0
Here are some of the best!
Social Media Publishing
There a many social media publishing platforms out there and Canva is getting into the game.
When you create a graphic, you can now publish t to various social media platforms.
Facebook, Twitter, Slack, Tumbler, even Pinterest (my favorite)
Once published, you get the exact URL for the pin you just published. Edit the website and you now have a pin funneling traffic to your site.
If you are creating original graphics for your social media channels (especially Pinterest) you can cut out the step of downloading, saving to your desktop, and uploading to Pinterest.
Searchable Templates
I love how Canva has a ton of templates to choose from.
I’ve mentioned before how I freeze up when I see a plain blank space.
Having the templates there to choose from and edit to match my branding makes it easy to create professional and cohesive graphics time and time again.
BUT
I used to scroll for DAYS when it came to templates.
Now they have a search feature and the templates are categorized.
The current Canva 2.0 Template Categories are
- Real Estate
- Quote
- Sale
- Travel
- Days and Events
- Party
- Tips
No more scrolling to find the exact template you need! Search and start designing.
Website Download
This last feature of Canva 2.0 that I’m mentioning is seriously one that anyone who works from home should be using.
Consider all of the times you have wanted to send collections of products, a list of helpful blog posts, or ANYTHING to a customer, a team member, or contact.
You would take time figuring out the best way to package your information and the best way to share it in an email, Facebook messenger, or text.
The process is clunky and it takes a lot of time.
With the new Website Download Feature for Canva 2.0 you can create custom responsive web pages that will breathe new life into your business.
If you want to share photos, an album, or products in a slick new way, consider using the Website download available in Canva 2.0
Take a peek and click below to see the different ways you can create these web pages.
AND you have the capability to include clickable links with the images.
Pretty neat right?
